It looks like you have a nice view going on from your new place. Is that looking out over some fairly industrial-esque stuff? Shipyards and whatnot? That's how it looks, but it's difficult to say for sure from the photo.
Exactly. I believe there was a big paper company here whose operations have slowly been phased out over the past few years (I'm not sure about the specifics), so yeah, it looks pretty industrial-esque down by the bay. Next cloudy day, I think I'm going to wander down there with my camera and see what sort of shipyard, industrial-esque photography I can fish up. But yeah, I think I am going to watch the fireworks tonight right from the comfort of my porch.
